It is just part of everyday business that people do not drink enough. This also applies to healthy people. However, drinking is the prerequisite for health and fitness. Even if you have the good intention of drinking 1.5 - 2 litres per day – this does not include coffee and milk – you will frequently just forget to drink because work, family, and leisure time activities tend to distract you.
